Job summary

Culligan Water Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers. Based in Ballymount, Dublin, you will handle inquiries by phone, email, and live chat, process orders, and help promote our water solutions.

You will join a dedicated team with a focus on delivering friendly, efficient service, resolving issues, and building lasting customer relationships while supporting broader company goals.

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, Subject to 6 Months Probation

Location: Ballymount Co. Dublin

Salary: €30,000 per annum, paid monthly

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team at Culligan Water Ireland. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that each interaction is friendly, informative, and efficient. Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, resolving issues, and promoting our range of water solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
