PrepayPower is hiring a Field Sales Representative in South Dublin to generate new customer leads through face-to-face sales. You will visit residential customers, promote products, and strive to hit targets with a realistic OTE of up to €50,000 in the first year.

Offered benefits include a €2,000 sign-on bonus after probation, a base salary of €34,000, lunch allowance, and options for a company vehicle or fuel allowance.

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential customers and multiple property owners with a focus on high conversion rate.
• Promote and sell PrepayPower products/services.
• Consistently hit/exceed individual targets and KPIs.
• Execute strategic sales approaches to maximise customer engagement.
• Overcome objections and close deals effectively, ensuring a high success rate.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools.
• Continuously refine sales strategies providing feedback to optimise performance
• Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a winning attitude.

plus up to €15,000 OTE

The Field Sales Representative will generate new customer leads through face-to-face sales

• €2,000 sign on bonus after successful probation *
• Basic salary €34,000 Base (Depending on experience)
• Uncapped and Realistic On Target Earnings – OTE of up to €50,000 in first year.
• Flexible working options available.
• Daily Lunch Allowance (€8 daily - up to €2,000 annually)
• Hours - 40 hours weekly - 11am to 8pm
• Leap Card or Company Vehicle or Fuel Allowance DOE.
• 21 days annual leave, increasing with service.
