Job summary

CPM Ireland, on behalf of National Broadband Ireland (NBI), is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive adoption of high‑speed fibre in homes and communities across Ireland. You will manage your own designated sales territory and meet homeowners face‑to‑face.

This role offers a base salary of €28,000–€30,000 with uncapped commission (OTE €12,000+), a company van or €6,000 car allowance, fuel card, lunch allowance and a tablet plus mobile.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door or field sales is beneficial.
• Knowledge of NBI or telecommunications industry is advantageous.
• Territory management and lead generation experience is helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own designated sales territory.
• Meet homeowners face-to-face and promote NBI broadband solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Accurately submit daily activity and sales reports.
• Plan efficient sales routes and manage leads effectively.

• Managing your own designated sales territory
