Job summary

CPM Ireland is recruiting a Field Sales Representative for National Broadband Ireland (NBI). Join CPM to promote high-speed fibre broadband to homes and communities across the country; you will manage your own sales territory and meet homeowners face-to-face.

The role offers a base salary of €28,000–€30,000 with uncapped commission (OTE from €12,000+), a company van or €6,000 car allowance, and daily lunch allowance. Hours are Monday to Friday, 12pm–8pm, with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Door-to-door or field sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Knowledge of NBI or the telecommunications industry is helpful.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.

• Meeting homeowners face-to-face and promoting NBI broadband solutions.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Accurately submitting daily activity and sales reports.
• Planning efficient sales routes and managing leads effectively.

What We Offer

• €28,000 - €30,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
