Job summary

Electric Ireland is seeking a field sales representative to drive product sales by engaging with potential customers at their homes in Letterkenny, Ireland.

You will be responsible for hitting sales targets with an uncapped commission structure while maintaining high standards of customer service and trust. The role requires a full driving licence and willingness to work 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Full Clean Drivers Licence is required.
• Must have a can-do, positive and competitive mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
• Ability to listen effectively and respond appropriately to individual customers.
• Flexibility to work 12:00 PM–8:00 PM Monday to Friday.

You will be directly responsible for driving sales of Electric Ireland’s products within your territory by engaging with potential customers at their homes.

Requirements

• Full Clean Drivers Licence

• Enjoy engaging with customers at their homes and build strong relationships.
• Excellent communication with fluent English and interpersonal skills to create and build positive customer relationships.
• Professional with the ability to create trust through effective listening to verbal and non‑verbal cues and responding appropriately to individual customers.
• Flexibility to work from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday – Friday.
• Sales experience is not essential, the most important part is the desire to hit target, work hard and earn uncapped commission.
• Desirable: Door to Door experience but not essential as full training will be provided! Track record of delivering against targets, in a sales or comparably demanding environment.
