Zusammenfassung

CPM is seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead the Vodafone Business field team in Dublin. You will mentor a high-performing group of Business Development Managers, drive KPI targets, and ensure compliant sales activity across all client interactions.

As a key member of the Direct Sales leadership, you will shape coaching programs, manage performance through PDPs, and collaborate with operations to optimise processes while promoting an exceptional sales culture and customer focus.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience managing and/or coaching field sales teams in the business and/or utilities sector.
• Experience providing coaching and development support to a field sales team.
• Strong IT skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook, and preparing presentations on Word and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional track record of delivering on sales targets and KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Support and lead a high performing Business Field Sales Team on behalf of our client and CPM.
• Provide coaching and development for the team of Business Development Managers.
• Motivate the Team to perform to a high level and achieve KPI targets weekly and monthly.
• Identify and develop a second level management team to support day-to-day operations and growth.
• Take ownership of issues related to the sales team and ensure resolution with ongoing communication to the Line Manager.
• Hold effective team meetings and ensure accountability of each team member.
• Complete monthly 1-2-1s with all team members and ensure PDPs for permanent staff.
• Strong reporting of KPIs, business intelligence and L&D opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure effective management of sales processing, compliance and reporting.
• Create an exceptional culture of compliance aligning with guidelines and client expectations.
• Support recruiting, onboarding and training of new staff as required.
• Manage performance through the performance management process with motivational focus.
