Job summary

Ashgrove Renewables is seeking a Home Energy Upgrades Surveyor to visit homes across Munster, assess properties, and collect technical information for designing and delivering high-quality energy upgrades.

You will support the design and installation teams with accurate pre-install data, with full training provided to successful applicants. This hands-on, customer-facing role emphasizes quality and service.

Qualifications

Min 2 years plumbing, roofing, electrical or heating work experience.
Full clean driving licence and Safe Pass.
Flexibility to cover a predefined territory – predominantly Munster.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Complete pre-install home surveys to design and price energy upgrade measures including attic, wall & floor insulation, solar PV panels, heat pumps, radiators, windows & doors.
Follow processes and checklists to identify potential issues pre-install.
Undertake site-specific project mark-ups & agreement with clients.
Maintain all records and appropriate paperwork regarding client installations.
Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to book and execute surveys.
Report all weekly activities through our CRM.
Full training will be provided.
