Job summary

Mitchell McDermott is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Dublin team. You will lead project delivery, oversee programmes, and ensure rigorous reporting across residential, hotel, commercial and logistics projects.

The role requires a construction management/engineering or surveying qualification with 2–5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Construction Management/Engineering or Surveying.
• 2–5 years' experience in a related role.
• Experience in a Construction Consultancy, Client or Developer role preferred.
• Experience in Residential, Hotels, Commercial, or Logistics projects is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in preparing and analysing construction programmes.
• Contract administration experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for diverse construction projects in Dublin.
• Prepare and analyse construction programmes to monitor progress.
• Provide high-quality reporting and client communication.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage project team performance.
• Support contract administration activities where required.
