Job summary

Mitchell McDermott in Dublin seeks an experienced Project Manager to join the team. The role requires a relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/Engineering or Surveying and 2–5 years of experience, ideally within a construction consultancy, client or developer context.

Strong leadership, reporting, and programme-analysis skills are essential, with proficiency in MS Office and strong communication. On-site involvement is expected from early on.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or Surveying or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction/con consultancy or client/developer roles.
• Experience in Residential, Hotels, Commercial or Logistics projects advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and reporting skills.
• Proficient in preparing and analysing construction programmes.
• Strong communication and computer skills; detail-oriented.
