Job summary

Applegreen plc in Ireland is hiring a Café Food and Coffee Compliance Coach to lead training and brand compliance across the estate. You will coach café teams on coffee quality, menu execution, and customer service while traveling to sites with one day per week in the office.

The role reports to the Coffee Quality Compliance Manager and requires a passion for coffee, a clean driving license, and 5+ years post-qualification experience in a coffee company or hospitality.

Qualifications

• A passion for coffee and hospitality excellence.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in coffee or hospitality.
• Strong customer service orientation and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured coffee training across the estate and mentor baristas.
• Ensure coffee quality, recipe adherence and brand standards in all cafés.
• Conduct site visits, quality checks and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Braeburn brand guidelines and service standards.
• Improve service speed and customer experience through coaching and processes.
