Braeburn Café Team Member at Applegreen Dunshaughlin is a frontline role joining our new coffee concept. You will support daily café operations, help prepare food, maintain cleanliness, and ensure high standards on the shop floor and drive-thru.

This position offers you a hands-on start in a fast-paced coffee business, with opportunities to develop in hospitality through the Applegreen Academy and benefits for long-term staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
• Ability to prepare and present food items to a high standard.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in cafe and drive-thru environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day operations of the business
• Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy
• Ensure all food safety policies are met
• Prepare food
• Follow and enforce Braeburn training contents
• Stock control and management
• Create the best food experience possible for customers
• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets
