Job summary

Applegreen plc in Ireland is seeking a Braeburn Team Member to support day-to-day operations, maintain a clean shop floor, and ensure food safety while serving customers at our new coffee concept. The role offers frontline exposure in a busy hospitality environment on a motorway site and requires a proactive, customer‑facing mindset.

You will prepare food, stock control, and collaborate with management to hit weekly targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be flexible throughout the week including evenings and weekends.
• Candidates must have a reliable form of transport as this site is located on a motorway.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day operations of the business
• Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy
• Ensure all food safety policies are met
• Prepare food
• Follow and enforce braeburn manual training contents
• Stock control and management
• Create the best food experience possible for customers
• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets
