Job summary

Applegreen, a leading roadside hospitality retailer, seeks a Café Food and Coffee Compliance Coach. This field-based role travels to our cafés, delivering structured coffee training and coaching to ensure top coffee quality and brand standards.

You will conduct site visits, enforce recipes and procedures, monitor service speed, and drive customer satisfaction. This role includes 1 days per week in the office and extensive travel across Ireland and beyond.

Qualifications

• A passion for coffee.
• Clean Drivers licence.
• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience, working with a coffee company or similar hospitality industry.
• Strong Customer focused attitude.
• High proficiency in all Microsoft Office software (Excel, PPT).
• Experience in a high-volume retail environment is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured coffee training and coaching for café teams across the estate, ensuring confidence and consistency.
• Maintain high standards for coffee quality, drink presentation, milk texture, espresso extraction, temperature and portion control.
