Job summary

Crosscare is seeking a Project Worker for its Family Hub in Drumcondra to provide a 24-hour short-term residential service for adults and families experiencing homelessness. You will perform case management, identify housing supports, and coordinate with DRHE Pathways partners to help residents secure long-term accommodation.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA in Applied Social Care, Addiction, Mental Health, Nursing, Psychology (or equivalent) Level 7 awarded by the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) QQI.
• A minimum of 1 year relevant employment working with similar client group.
• Child Protection Training.

Responsibilities

• Engage in one-to-one work with a caseload from referral to move-on; assess housing supports and updates in PASS system.
• Liaise with Housing Case Working team and family link worker to support re-engagement with local communities.
• Build professional relationships with families, upholding dignity and Crosscare values.
• Carry out duties related to operating the family hub, handle referrals and access services.
• Follow Child Protection reporting policy and procedures.
