Qualifications

• Approximately 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience in commercial broking, account handling, underwriting support, policy servicing or claims.
• Good understanding of insurance processes and documentation.
• Strong communication, detail orientation and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support facultative reinsurance placements across European markets.
• Liaise with market contacts, client executives and internal teams to facilitate placements.
• Prepare and coordinate information and documentation required for placements.
• Assist with slips, endorsements and related documentation.
• Follow up on market responses and keep placements moving within deadlines.
• Coordinate information between clients, brokers and markets as required.
• Support ongoing servicing and administration of client programmes.
• Assist the wider broking team with day-to-day placement and client requirements.
