Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Raheen, Limerick, invites applications for an Apprenticeship Programme – Facilities (OEM Apprenticeship). You will be mentored by expert Technicians and support the Facilities team by installing, maintaining, and testing equipment, while following cGMPs and GxP standards.

The role requires a Leaving Certificate with Maths and a Science/Engineering subject. Year 1 hourly rate is €14.15, with on-site work and a three-year progression through off-job college phases.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate including Maths and a Science or Engineering subject.
• Apprentice will train under mentorship to become a qualified craftsperson.
• Three-year apprenticeship with off-job college phases.

Responsibilities

• Support Facilities, QA, Automation, Engineering, Operations as needed.
• Install, test, service, and maintain a range of engineered equipment.
• Assemble, install, test, commission, and troubleshoot electrically powered systems.
• Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on plant and equipment.
• Follow site Environmental, Health and Safety policies and help maintain an accident‑free workplace.
• Document maintenance activities to current GxP standards using paper records and the computerized maintenance system.
• Help maintain the physical condition and environment of all areas.
• Support continuous improvement, housekeeping, and Lean initiatives.
• Work across all areas of Facilities and help develop the apprenticeship programme.
