Job summary

Regeneron is offering an Electrical Instrumentation Apprenticeship in Raheen, Limerick. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance, calibration, and instrumentation tasks under expert mentorship within the Technical Operations team.

You will complete all training per the SOLAS curriculum, provide support across multiple teams, install and test electrical systems, PLCs, PAT, and conduct calibration and maintenance activities, while adhering to cGMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate qualification to include maths and a science or engineering subject.

Responsibilities

• Completing all training, both on and off site phases as per SOLAS Electrical Instrumentation Apprenticeship programme curriculum.
• Providing Electrical/Instrumentation/Calibration support to Technical Operations, QA, Engineering and Operations teams as needed.
• Installing, testing and solving site electrical systems, PLCs, PAT and carrying out assigned electrical duties.
• Completing scheduled and unscheduled Electrical and Calibration maintenance activities.
• Working on automated control systems and with low voltage systems.
• Loop checking, tuning, troubleshooting and start-up of instrumentation.
• Calibrating instruments including temperature, pressure, level, flow and analytical instruments.
• Aligning with site Environmental, Health and Safety policies to maintain an accident-free environment.
• Documenting maintenance activities to current cGMP standards in paper records and CMMS.
• Maintaining the physical condition and environment of all areas.
