The K Club is seeking a Facilities & Services Manager to lead the Maintenance Team and uphold the resort's high standards across its 550-acre estate near Dublin. You will oversee maintenance planning, safety, and contractor relations, ensuring smooth daily operation and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a proven track record in similar positions, strong maintenance knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Maintenance Team.
• Maintain the resort to high standards at all times.
• Manage maintenance schedules and delegate tasks.
• Daily upkeep of buildings.
• Inspect buildings and structures for repairs or renovations.
• Maintain relationships with external contractors.
• Ensure safety and fire standards for team and guests.
• Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot.

Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life:

• Responsible for managing and leading the Maintenance Team


• Responsible for ensuring the Resort is kept to the highest of standards at all times


• Ensure maintenance schedules are complete and delegating tasks to team members


• Daily upkeep of the buildings on the Resort


• Inspect buildings and structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.


• Maintaining relationships with external contractors


• Ensuring the safety and security of Team Members & Guests with effective Health & Safety and Fire Standards


• Responding to emergencies and troubleshooting


• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
