Job summary

A boutique hotel group in Dublin is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential property. Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, conducting routine checks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and experience in strata-titled property management. Qualifications

• At least 1 year (for Officers) or 3 years (for Executives) of experience in strata-titled residential property management.
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is an advantage.
• Able to adapt to a flexible working environment.

• Manage day-to-day operations of residential property.
• Conduct routine checks of common areas.
