Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks to support facility operations and prolong the useful life of equipment and infrastructure.
• Assist with planned and corrective maintenance activities under guidance of senior team members.
• Maintain accurate on-site records and documentation related to maintenance activities and work completed.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members regarding task progress and issues.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient completion of operational tasks and support team goals.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and maintain workplace safety standards.
• Respond promptly to operational needs and adapt to changing priorities.
• Maintain professional standards and contribute to a positive occupier and visitor experience.
• Utilize IT systems and email to support administrative and operational requirements.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and take decisive action addressing operational challenges.
