Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facilities, including offices, communal areas, and external spaces.
• Operate and maintain facilities equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance issues and report them promptly to the facilities management team.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures in compliance with environmental and organisational standards.
• Support grounds upkeep activities, including landscaping and outdoor area maintenance.
• Respond to emergency situations and follow established health and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities and equipment servicing.
• Assist the facilities team with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and organisational policies at all times.
