Job summary

The Address Citywest is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to develop and implement maintenance procedures across the facility. You will carry out inspections, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure systems operate reliably to support our hotel operations.

The role requires practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, with strong communication and leadership skills to supervise the maintenance team and work with contractors while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and related facilities work.
• Ability to monitor activity and report on maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
• Carry out inspections to identify and resolve issues.
• Check electrical and hydraulic systems for functionality.

• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
