Job summary

Conrad Dublin is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep the hotel's facilities safe, functional and welcoming for every guest. You’ll assist with repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry, support preventive maintenance, and respond to service requests in a busy luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Support hotel facility maintenance and assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests: quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders.
• Conduct repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections and address identified needs.
• Document maintenance activities and flag issues requiring further attention.
