Job summary

LauraLynn, Ireland's Children\'s Hospice, seeks a General Operative - Facilities to support upkeep and development of the hospice’s physical infrastructure. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across buildings, ICT, plant, equipment, grounds and vehicles, plus housekeeping, catering services and meeting facilities on site.

The successful candidate will have Leaving Certificate or equivalent, facilities/estate management experience and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing,

• Facilities/estate management experience and maintenance knowledge.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop LauraLynn's physical infrastructure and facilities.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on buildings, ICT, plant, equipment, grounds and vehicles.
• Oversee household and catering services and manage on-site meeting facilities.
