ISS Facility Services Ireland is seeking a dedicated Workplace Facilities Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of our workplace environments. You will coordinate vendors, oversee workplace services, and support facility maintenance to deliver a safe, compliant, and welcoming space for employees and clients.
This role may require flexible hours, occasional weekend work, and travel to other locations, with training events and meetings as needed.
This role does not offer visa sponsorship. Candidates must hold a valid visa/right to work in Ireland at the time of application.
The Workplace Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of workplace facilities and support services. The role focuses on delivering a safe, compliant, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients while coordinating vendors, workplace services, and facility maintenance activities.
It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours. As part of your job, you will be expected to attend training events and/or meetings and travel to other locations may be required. Local requirements will govern your patterns and locations of work.
