Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Facilities Co-ordinator to manage maintenance planning, CMMS operations and reporting across multiple sites. The role requires hands-on CMMS/CAFM experience and a strong customer-focused mindset.

You will support PM optimisation, develop work orders, and train site staff while liaising with Projects to ensure seamless facilities operations. A strong team player with problem-solving skills is essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in facilities management.
Service-minded attitude with prior experience.
Strong understanding of Windows, CMMS, CAFM, Office 365 & Teams.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Customer-centric approach with a can-do attitude.
Experience delegating duties to team members.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance activities within Facilities Work Management.
Interact with CMMS/CAFM systems and generate reports for site Facilities teams.
Keep CMMS plant and equipment database up to date.
Lead preventive maintenance optimisation and standardisation efforts.
Develop electronic work orders and tailor them to site needs.
Visit multiple sites to train and support Facilities staff.
