Job summary

Autism A Chara is seeking a dedicated Facilitator to join our Bray team. The role involves person-centred support for adults with complex needs, delivering daily living assistance and community engagement, with shifts on a rota basis.

39 hours per week in Bray, Co. Wicklow. A full QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification is essential, along with a valid Irish driver’s licence and the right to work in Ireland. We offer development, benefits, and growth within a supportive environment.

  • Programme Planning Person Centred Plans
  • Availability to work shifts on a rota basis
  • Full, clean Irish drivers licence essential with requirement to drive service vehicles
  • Permission to work in Ireland essential

Qualifications required for a Facilitator:

A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential, (e.g. health, community, care sector) but a genuine passion for providing person centred support is key to being successful in the role of a Facilitator. This is a truly rewarding role, with the opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and your career.

Skills/Abilities required of a Facilitator:

  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Awareness of Key Worker/ Support Worker Role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs

  • Full, clean drivers licence essential with requirement to drive service vehicles
