Job summary

Autism A Chara Disability Services is seeking a Community Access Facilitator to provide person-centred support in a permanent full-time role. The successful candidate will work with individuals with autism within Autism A Chara, developing and implementing person-centred plans and ensuring high-quality care.

Requirements include QQI Level 5 Health Care, fluent English, strong communication, and a full Irish driving licence to operate service vehicles.

Qualifications

  • A full QQI Level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and in a team.
  • Full, clean Irish driving licence essential to drive service vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with autism.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement individual care plans.
  • Document shifts, progress notes and report changes as required.
