Job summary

Walls Construction in Ireland invites applications for a Facade Supervisor to lead façade design, fabrication and installation across projects. You will coordinate design teams, sub-contractors and clients to ensure safety, on programme delivery and quality standards, with emphasis on buildability and performance.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of curtain walling and rainscreen systems, plus experience in procurement, site installation and QA processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in façade design and delivery on medium to large projects.
• Ability to manage design teams and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of curtain walling, rainscreen systems and cladding interfaces.
• Experience with procurement, contract administration and variations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate façade design development, ensuring buildability and programme alignment.
• Manage tendering and procurement of façade subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee production of detailed façade design information and testing plans.
• Coordinate façade mock-ups, testing and issue corrective actions.
• Provide technical leadership to site teams during installation and ensure quality.
