Techrete in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex facade projects from design through delivery.

You will coordinate design, surveying and construction teams, manage risks, and ensure safety, quality and on-time completion. The role requires a degree in engineering/construction, at least 5 years in project management, and experience in facades coordination.

Qualifications

• Related Engineering / Construction / Architecture Degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a project management role.
• Experience in facades coordination is an advantage.
• Familiar with using 3D modelling for coordination purposes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Leading project planning sessions and coordinating internal resources to achieve project targets.
• Overseeing a portfolio of projects.
• Maintaining regular and proactive involvement in every aspect of a project.
• Keep all departments including the client informed through reporting procedures.
• Managing relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Managing risk and designing risk mitigation plans.
