Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Limerick seeks a dedicated Shift Supervisor for the Equipment department. You will manage technician schedules, oversee safety, and drive equipment maintenance activities to support production goals.

You will lead a team, ensure timely shift handovers, coordinate training, and monitor KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF and tool availability, with a focus on safety, quality and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage technician holidays and shift coverage.
• Conduct 1:1 reviews and performance discussions.
• Coordinate training plans with the training coordinator.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with STAR and other training requirements.
• Oversee fab equipment activities and priorities.
• Coordinate maintenance with external contractors and facilities groups.
• Achieve shift KPIs and manage budgets.
