Job summary

RC Hotels is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Executive to join our team in Ireland. You will support service at our properties, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years in a similar role and a Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred. You should be able to work rotating shifts and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise-en-place for each meal period.
• Set trays and welcome amenities per standards.

• Perform service sequence per guest needs and standards.
• Offer beverage pouring and table setup.
• Serve food in a timely manner.
• Clear used trays from rooms or corridors.
• Upsell and add value where possible.
• Handle ordering, collection, and disposal of F&B items.
• Perform cashiering duties according to policies.

F&B Service Executive

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Prepare mise-en-plus as per work station assigned prior to start of each meal period
• Prepare tray/trolley setting according to guest order
• Prepare welcome amenities in accordance with departmental standards
• Greet and farewell guests in a friendly, courteous manner
• Perform all the service sequence and tasks according to guest’s needs and comply with departmental standards & LQA
• Offer beverage pouring, chair and meal setup for guest
• Serve food in efficient and timely manner
• Remove used tray/trolley from guest room/guest corridor/lift pantry
• Look for ways to upsell and add value
• Handle the ordering, collection and disposal of all related food and beverage items
• Perform cashiering duties according to company policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Able to commit rotating shift hours
