BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Service Crew to join our guest-focused team in Wicklow. You will warmly greet guests, guide menu choices, take orders and ensure timely service in a lively dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Flexible to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends Thurs-Sun.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and serve guests, providing an outstanding dining experience.
• Stay informed about menu items and specials to make recommendations and address guest inquiries.
• Accurately take and process orders, ensuring timely delivery with attention to detail.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service and effective communication.
• Handle payments accurately, including cash and card transactions.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
• Collaborating with fellow crew members to ensure customers have the best possible experience
