Job summary

Sheraton Athlone Hotel, part of Hodson Bay Group, is recruiting a Food & Beverage Assistant for the busy summer season in a stylish, high-end setting.

You will deliver warm guest service, explain menus and drinks, maintain standards, and work with a friendly team. Training is provided, with perks including gym access, meals on duty, staff discounts, free parking, Marriott Explore Rate discounts, and Hodson Bay Group offers.

We're now hiring Food & Beverage Assistants to support our busy summer season and to grow with us long-term.

This role is ideal if you enjoy fast-paced service, engaging with guests, and being part of a supportive, energetic team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Previous experience in a quality or high-end bar or restaurant environment
• A positive, professional, can-do attitude with strong guest focus
• Ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient during busy service periods
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• A genuine interest in hospitality and delivering great service
