Hodson Bay Hotel is seeking Food & Beverage Assistants for the busy summer season at Sheraton Athlone Hotel. Join a vibrant, energetic team and contribute to high standards of guest service in our bar and dining settings.

The Role: Food & Beverage Assistant

We're now hiring Food & Beverage Assistants to support our busy summer season and to grow with us long-term.

This role is ideal if you enjoy fast-paced service, engaging with guests, and being part of a supportive, energetic team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering warm, personalised service that makes every guest feel genuinely welcome
• Creating memorable bar and dining experiences with confidence and style
• Engaging with guests in a friendly, professional, and polished manner
• Knowledgeably explaining menus, drinks, cocktails, and hotel facilities
• Maintaining the highest Food & Beverage standards in line with our 4-star reputation
• Setting up and maintaining immaculate bar and floor areas
• Following accurate cash-handling and billing procedures

Who We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a quality or high-end bar or restaurant environment
• A positive, professional, can-do attitude with strong guest focus
• Ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient during busy service periods
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• A genuine interest in hospitality and delivering great service
