Job summary

The Glasshouse Hotel in Sligo is hiring Full Time Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team. Roles involve 35–40 hours per week across 5 days, including breakfast and evening shifts. Applicants must be over 18 due to alcohol licensing and must be fluent in English.

Staff parking, meals, and Employee Assistance Service are provided. You will work as part of a fast-paced team, greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and service.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 due to alcohol licensing.
• Full-time role, 35–40 hours per week.
• Experience in a similar restaurant/bar role preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and manage table sections within the restaurant.
• Greet customers in a welcoming manner.
• Take orders promptly and efficiently.
• Anticipate customer needs and handle requests.
• Monitor tables and ensure guests have everything they require.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain hygiene.
