Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Facade Supervisor to join a major Cork project, overseeing cladding, curtain walling and envelope works on site.

Based in Blackpool, Cork, the role focuses on supervising trades, coordinating labour, ensuring safety and programme adherence, and reporting to the Site Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven facade supervision experience and a valid site tickets.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising facade, cladding or curtain walling packages.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trades.
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS and relevant site tickets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise trades, crews and subcontractors on site.

We are seeking a Facade Supervisor to join a leading Irish main contractor on a major project in Blackpool, Cork, overseeing cladding, curtain walling and envelope packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise trades, crews and subcontractors on site
• Organise daily labour, plant and materials
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification and on programme
• Carry out daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inspections
• Maintain site records and report progress to the Site Manager

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising facade, cladding or curtain walling packages
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trades
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS and relevant site tickets
