ALL AT ONE TABLE Restaurant Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced Server to join our Front of House team. You will deliver an outstanding dining experience from arrival to departure, explain our menu, cocktails, tequila and mezcal, and work closely with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service.

We value hospitality passion, 2+ years in Dublin's restaurant scene, and strong English communication. The role offers competitive hourly pay and tips, with ongoing training and career progression

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Server experience in Dublin's restaurant industry.
• Experience in fine casual dining or premium hospitality.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong beverage knowledge; cocktails and wine a plus.
• Professional appearance with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English; available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an experienced Server to join our Front of House team.

We are seeking someone with previous experience in Dublin's hospitality industry, ideally within fine casual dining, who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and enjoys working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Server in Dublin's restaurant industry.
• Previous experience in fine casual dining or premium hospitality.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge; cocktail and wine knowledge is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
• Fluent English and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Your responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding dining experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
• Confidently explain our food menu, cocktails, tequila and mezcal selection, and daily specials.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and management team to ensure seamless service.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.
