Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Bartender for Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge in Dublin. You will deliver friendly, professional service to guests in a fast-paced hotel environment, and actively upsell to boost revenue across F&B offerings.

Fluent English is essential, with previous hotel experience preferred. The role is full-time with casual contract terms, and offers staff benefits across Dalata properties in Ireland and beyond.

Your Job

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine.
• Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.

What You'll Need

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros Experience would be preferable.
