Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in manufacturing.

• Experience with thermoforming or plastic manufacturing machinery is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on thermoforming machines and related production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Inspect, test, and maintain motors, sensors, wiring, control panels, heating systems, and machine components.
• Support machine setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting during production.
• Identify causes of machine breakdowns and carry out timely repairs to reduce downtime.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure machinery is operating safely and efficiently.
• Work with production staff to support smooth thermoforming operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, inspections, and parts used.
• Follow all health and safety procedures when working on machinery and electrical systems.
• Support continuous improvement of machine reliability, safety, and production efficiency.
