You will partner with capabilities across the organization to reimagine value streams and deliver measurable impact through research-led design, with a focus on enterprise-level processes and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Expertise in customer journey mapping, experience design, and UX research methodologies.
• Experience translating qualitative and quantitative research into actionable insights.
• Experience in customer-centric, digital-first environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives across dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and map detailed journeys across touchpoints to visualize user experience.
• Translate insights into actionable experience strategies and roadmaps.
• Shape future-state customer journey roadmaps with business, tech, and process leaders.
• Support workshops and stakeholder engagements to drive value-led decisions.
• Ensure research outputs are actionable and integrated into design efforts.
