4FINGERS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Manager (Leasing and Project Management) to drive expansion by identifying profitable restaurant locations and managing the full property lifecycle from site acquisition to lease management and fit-outs.

The role ensures timely completion within budget and adherence to brand standards. The candidate will oversee renovations, refurbishments, and store maintenance audits, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize openings,

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required in Hospitality, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a similar role.
Experience in F&B and/or retail chain industries is a plus.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate and secure new restaurant sites in line with business strategy.
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and site handovers with landlords and agents.
Plan renovation and refurbishment across the restaurant network to uphold brand standards.
Oversee facility management and routine store audits for upkeep and compliance.
Develop expansion strategies and provide progress reports to senior management.
Handle cross-functional coordination with operations, finance, legal, marketing and supply chain.
