Job summary

NORTHCROFT LIM CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Ireland to handle quotations, price comparisons, costing summaries, and project costing. You will prepare documents for tender and contract and collaborate with project stakeholders.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying consultancy and strong cost-estimation software proficiency, including AUTOCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent skills with cost estimation software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary.
• To prepare project costing.
• To prepare documents for tender and contract.
• To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.
