You will oversee a diverse portfolio of Owners' Management Companies, ensuring top-tier service, strong financial performance, and compliance across mixed-use and residential developments.

The role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive operational excellence while mentoring a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in property management.
• Experience with residential & mixed-use developments and OMCs.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and cash flow oversight.
• Contract and service agreement negotiation experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for the OMC Property Management function.
• Develop, implement, and interpret property management policies and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop property management staff and third-party providers.
• Oversee service charge budgets, billing, and cash collection.
• Prepare annual budgets and board reports; ensure governance compliance.
• Maintain relationships with OMC Boards, residents and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and drive continuous improvement.
