Job summary

FIS is seeking an Executive-level Compliance leader to own second line of defence across its global regulated entities and contractually obligated units. You will provide expert advisory, regulatory engagement, and governance oversight, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer and coordinating with the Global Head of Financial Crime Compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive financial services regulatory compliance experience in an executive role.
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of US and international regulators (CFPB, FRB, FCA, BaFin, etc.).
• Ability to align global framework with business resources and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead COs/MLROs for regulated entities and contractually obligated units.
• Oversee centralized compliance teams across FIS entities.
• Develop a framework for processes, controls, governance and reporting.
• Engage with regulators and support regulatory inspections/exams.
• Coordinate with Global Head of Financial Crime Compliance.
