Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking an Enterprise Risk Officer to advance our Second-Line of Defence (2LOD) Enterprise Risk Management program. You will lead risk workstreams, maintain the risk register, and coordinate risk assessments, partnering with Compliance, Legal, Security, and Product to keep the framework robust and auditable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and monitor risks across the organisation.
• Support enterprise-wide risk management workflows and reporting to leadership.
• Develop and maintain risk policies, procedures, and controls.
• Maintain the risk register and track mitigation actions.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management and committees.
• Promote a strong risk culture across business units.
• Support regulatory compliance and governance standards.
• Assist internal and external audits as required.
