Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Cork is seeking a Meetings & Events Assistant to join our vibrant Events team. You will support conferences, weddings, banquets and corporate events, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from arrival to departure.

We value a positive attitude, strong guest service mindset and the flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and event peaks. Full training is provided, with development opportunities across The iNUA Collection.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
• Positive attitude and passion for guest service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work weekdays/evenings/weekends and event peaks.
• Team player in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of meetings, banquets, conferences, and special events.
• Deliver warm, professional, and efficient service to all guests.
• Work closely with the wider M&E team to ensure events run seamlessly.
• Follow brand standards and ensure event spaces are immaculate.
• Maintain excellent communication across departments (F&B, Sales, Front Office, etc.).
