Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Cork is seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic F&B team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our dining services, ensuring smooth operation during busy periods and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

Experience in food and beverage service, preferably within a hotel setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with catering team to deliver exceptional service.
Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
Upsell menu items and beverages where appropriate.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
