Job summary

Back 4 Good is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead high-profile projects across Ireland and abroad. You will oversee planning, execution and evaluation, coordinating with production teams to manage client relationships, budgets, timelines and logistics from concept to completion.

The role requires at least 5 years in event or production management, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AV, rigging, staging, and live show production is a plus.

A leading Midlands-based events and production firm is expanding its dynamic team and is currently hiring an experienced Event Manager, alongside three Production Managers, to lead high-profile projects across Ireland and abroad. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, creative organisation known for delivering world-class live events, conferences, festivals, and corporate productions.

As Event Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of a diverse range of events. Working closely with the Production Managers and technical teams, your role will be pivotal in managing client relationships, budgets, timelines, and logistics from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
