Job summary

Centra in Bandon, Co. Cork is seeking an Evening Supervisor to lead a team and ensure excellent customer service during the evening trade. The role focuses on teamwork, staff development and maintaining store standards while managing day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the shift leadership and delivering Centra’s customer‑centric goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years€,, experience in a customer service facing role
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the day management/supervisors on any changes to layouts and ensure changes are correctly implemented

• Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy
• Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working
